Hope Channel Launches Affiliate TV Station in American Samoa

On December 19, 2016 Hope Channel American Samoa was added to Hope Channel’s worldwide network of more than forty channels.

Hope Channel American Samoa is established under the governance and purview of Hope Channel South Pacific.

This new channel will be broadcast on Channel 11, a local channel for the American Samoa and  one that has historically aired religious programming. While there were several offers to purchase the television station, the owner’s concern that Channel 11 remain a religious broadcast and his personal appreciation for the Seventh-day Adventist Church’s community outreach led him to transfer management to the recently-established Hope Channel American Samoa.
