ADRA has partnered with Valley View University and the World Soy Foundation to process and distribute soy milk to children in schools throughout Techiman, Ghana. Soy milk is an excellent high-protein food supplement for undernourished children, and ADRA staff have attributed significant weight gains in underweight kids to this innovative program.
